Location

Residence St Andrew’s Palace, housed in a restored 20th-century tenement, is situated in the centre of downtown Warsaw, within sight of the Palace of Culture and Science. We are located only a few minutes away from the Warsaw Central Station and about 20 minutes from the Warsaw Chopin Airport.

Transportation

By plane:

Warsaw Chopin Airport (also known as Okęcie Airport) is located about 12 km away from us.

Warsaw Modlin Airport is located about 40 km away from us.

By bus:

MZA City Bus nr 175 (or N32 night bus) will bring you from the Warsaw Chopin Airport directly to the city center (bus stop called "Centrum").

There’s also The Polski Express which provides regular bus connections from the exit of Arrivals Hall to 30 towns in Poland (purchase tickets from the driver).

By taxi:

By train:

Warsaw Central Station is situated within walking distance (10-max.15 minutes).

If you have a lot of luggage you can also take bus or tram from bus called "Dworzec Centralny" to "Centrum".

By car:

Warsaw has extensive road connections with other major Polish cities. The traffic within the city limits especially during the week can be very dense.

If the Residence is your destination head for the Warsaw Central Station (Dworzec Centralny) and its neighbour, the Palace of Culture and Science (PKiN - Pałac Kultury i Nauki).

The closest parking is located on Powstańców Warszawy Square, 2 (350 m from us). It is a guarded underground parking and it costs 40 PLN/day.

By public transport:

Warsaw’s integrated public-transport system is operated by ZTM and consists of tram, bus and metro lines, all using the same ticketing system.

Tickets are sold at Ruch and Relay news stands, post offices, Metro stations and various general stores – look for a sign saying 'Sprzedaż Biletów ZTM'.

Construction of Warsaw’s Metro system began in 1983 and there are now two lines. The oldest and longest line (M1) runs from the southern suburb of Ursynów (Kabaty station) to Młociny in the north via the city centre. The newer east–west line (M2) runs from Rondo Daszyńskiego, west of the city centre, to Dworzec Wileński in Praga, though it's likely to be extended in the future. The lines intersect at Świętokrzyska station.
